In Case You Missed It: Golden Globe Recap

Rain put a damper on the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards, but that didn’t stop stars from coming out in full force. Stylistas strutted their stuff down the red carpet shielded by umbrellas, with top fashion honors going to Glee star Lea Michele in her strapless, black Oscar de la Renta gown, Big Love actress, Ginnifer Goodwin in a short, cobalt blue dress, and Kate Winslett whose one-shoulder navy gown was form fitting the best way possible. Despite the weather, the show went off without a hitch, and highlights included a segment honoring legendary director, Martin Scorsese who received a special achievement award and an acceptance speech by Monique for her role in Precious that was a performance worthy of recognition in itself. Click here to watch her emotional speech.
